Customer received a refund that they didn't request
I have been contacted by a customer asking why they have been refunded. They have confirmed they have the product, are happy with it, haven’t requested a refund and haven’t returned it. This is a FBA order. I have checked the order and it has been refunded.
Seller Support say the order has been returned, has been received by the fulfilment centre and returned to inventory. I can’t get sense from Seller Support. Has anyone experienced similar?

Customer needs to talk to Customer Support. You aren’t going to add anything in this process and Amazon are supposed to be the CS for FBA orders.
