How to register to sell someone else's brand?

Hi,

My business purchases stock (some of which is branded) wholesale from UK based suppliers, some of these listings on Amazon have restrictions and you need permission to sell but I cannot find where to do that for love nor money (and Amazon haven’t replied in over a week).

Has anyone got any intel where to share purchase orders so I can be an authorised seller of other brands?
