Suspension from Seller Fulfilled Prime
hi guys.
can anyone help us with some info on getting our SFP reinstated.
What happened was that we had a pick up on 22nd of August but the orders got scanned on the next day by amazon shipping and as we have had few warnings before (but it wasn’t our fault), this time they just suspended the SFP on 1st of September and asked for the evidence which we provided on the 10th of September and also no the 15th of October (it was late because first we had an email from amazon shipping where they said it was our fault but then sent a confirmation on 10th that it was their fault and our metrics will be protected) so we sent a few emails after that and they are just saying we are doing the investigation and they will get back to us as soon as there is an update. the original case was closed after few days because we didn’t get the evidence from amazon shipping on time so we opened a new case where we sent them a proof and now its been 55 days today since its suspended and even we spoke to our account manager at amazon shipping who managed to get it reinstated in the past but this time we spoke to him two weeks ago and he said he will call us after he gets it reinstated but we didn’t get a reply from him either and we even sent a number of emails to him but no response. So does anyone knows what else we can do to get it reinstated please as our sales have dropped by 70% at least and we lost over 20-25k sales and over 300-350k worth of turnover because of this. Also we received an email from them that we need to submit a plan of action and when we submitted that, they replied that we need to submit this in a PDF file which we done on the 21st and they replied again that thanks for your patience and we will reply to you once the investigation is completed. So any help in this matter will be appreciated.

I feel your pain, we were suspended for the same thing, even though our account prior to this was brilliant. We had to get Royal Mail to admit fault before they would even look at our POA, we finally got this from Royal Mail and even though Amazon said our account will be reinstated shortly, days have passed and nothing has happened.
It is so frustrating!
