Unable to change delivery time
Hi
I’m new to Amazon and currently on the “Prime Trial”.
My listings (when logged in as a prime member) aren’t showing when I’m the only seller with them available.
On clicking on the product, I have to navigate to “See All Buying Options” and on there, it has only my listing.
The delivery date is showing as Feb 1 - 3 (which is over 5 days away).
I have Prime delivery setup for the product, but the option to edit the delivery time for “standard” is greyed out.
My questions:
- how do I get my listing to show as a “Prime” item with buying options on the main page?
- how do I actually update my delivery times?

I believe you need to complete the prime trial
How long have you been on it and are your metrics on target ?
Shipping 6 days a week by required tracked courier ?

Thanks for your response. I have started the trial about 3 days ago and 100% success so far.
I use DPD Local as my courier which are a next day service. We use these for standard and express orders due to the value of our items.
Its just the delivery time that’s configured is super long and appears to be not changeable.
I ship Monday - Friday.
