HELP Vendor Central - FAILING TO LOG IN WITH CORRECT DETAILS
Hello,
I know this is a Seller forum, but we’re having real issues with Vendor Central.
We currently have a Vendor account and a Seller account. We are unable to get into the Vendor account to remove some products from it. We can log in with email & password, do OTP, but then it takes us back round to the log in page again??
This issue has been going on for more than 4 months and we haven’t been able to contact anyone at Amazon.
Has anyone else had this issue? Or could someone help please?
In addition, all the log in details are under an old email address, and all the information is for someone who no longer works for the company so we are unable to provide ID for them. However we could, of course, provide some other proof that we work for the same company.

sounds daft but have you cleared the cache or tried another browser ?
