I'm really disappointed with amazon help center. My account was deactivated due to "possible violation of intelectual property". I already appeal sending proof of my authorization and I keep receiving the same ROBOT answer that I send insufficient proof. I'm legal reseller of a big company. This company send proof of my contract with them and also proof that I'm authorized to sell all the brands they distribute, so the brands that Amazon suspect that I "possible" violate.
1 month has passed and Amazon keep sending me the same answer like if they even don't read my messages.
I already proved I'm authorized and no one cares. My money is frozen and I'm talking to machines that don't care a dam with Sellers.
