amazon deactivated my seller account by reason (deactivation of seller account due to multiple account) while I have just one seller account by name (justice store1) and appeal several times but they did accept my appeal.I do not know how can I solve this problem please help me.

I see that you are seeking guidance and support to address a multiple accounts policy violation. I am here to help.
From what you have shared so far, this sounds like you have opted in for global selling and one of your stores in a different region has become deactivated. If this happens, it will trigger a multiple accounts policy violation, as all of your stores must be in good standing.
To address this, you must locate which store has been deactivated and work to reinstate it, before this account will be eligible for reactivation. I suggest to visit your global selling dashboard to see which stores have become deactivated. From there, you should access the affected store and visit the performance notification section to learn the reason the store was deactivated and what is required for reinstatement.
Once you have done this please respond here and let me know what you have found. You can post performance notifications and case ID's here if you would like some support with the rest of this process. I am excited to learn what your will find so we can get this addressed.
