Lack of support from Amazon continues to baffle
So I am now almost a month in to trying to simply get my account authorized.
Every single ticket I have submitted to them has remained unanswered, in my ‘Case Log’ the ticket is marked as ‘answered’ but I don’t receive an email, or anything.

As you can see - the ticket is just showing as ‘answered’ but there’s no update from them in there, no email (I received an email upon opening the case saying “Thank you for opening this case you’ll receive an update soon”) but I never receive anything past that.
I am not sure what else I can do…as mentioned in a previous post, they took my monthly subscription fee on Day 1 - so I am guessing that if this takes another month I could end up paying 2 lots of subscription without every being able to proceed on the platform?
I just don’t understand…do many other people end up having these same frustrations/problems?

It can take weeks or longer to get verified. Mine was 8 weeks with no queries.

Actually, a case being marked as “Answered” usually indicates that the communication has been forwarded to the relevant team and they are working on it.
Definitely don’t open any additional cases as doing so would be a violation of the Duplicate Cases Policy, which you can review here:
Wait for Amazon to process your verification as this can take anything from a few days to months.
