I have brand Approval but can't list it

I have listing product issue when I tried to list the product the product type restricted because there is others listed same product but different Brand and the internal team said there is no problem to list it am really confused how others can list like same products without problems if any one can help me with this issue I will be thankful.

My product is Manuka Honey

must be under Grocery Category
