how did you send them to amazon - which courier ?
and what date were they received exactly? are they showing in fc transfer or processing ?

Are you registered on amazon as a business ?
and have approval for Beauty Products ?

Are you based in UK ?

Could be. If you were to answer the questions asked by @The_Little_Shop, we might be able to say something helpful.

Thank you for responding. I am UK based. So when i went through the system Amazon worked out a courier for me that states it would be shipped from my address (assuming the courier would collect from mine). The status is still showing as receiving from the date i printed the shipping details off and put on the boxes.

On the shipment summary it still states its on shipment created.

Yes i registered the business on business and assuming i have approval for beauty products.

So i paid for a partnered carrier cost. So i am assuming they are collecting directly from my house address which is listed at the beginning of the shipment summary

As @Sequin says, you need to contact UPS yourself to arrange a collection, or you can drop it off at a UPS collection point. Google or the UPS website will show those local to you.

Can I check, as you aren’t even sure that you have approval to sell in that category, that you have the relevant permissions from the brands to sell whichever brands you plan to sell on Amazon? If you don’t then you should hold off sending to Amazon until you do have as they may otherwise be classed as ‘inauthentic’ and they won’t return them to you.
