Royal mail click and drop
I have had some issues with customers recently they didn't receive their order, or orders arriving very late. Sent one to Ireland took nearly 5 weeks to arrive, anyone having same issues? We use click and drop of Royal Mail. Also, had a customer saying did not receive order, I have proof of postage and picture of her personalized item before shipping and Amazon still refunded the customer out of my pockets, I claimed for that but was rejected. I use the standard postage for international mail and 1st class for local, are these not recognized from Amazon as proof of orders being sent? as my account health is in risk of deactivation stating I am not sending my mail tracked. Can somebody please help me out here as this platform really is becoming a nightmare. I have a very small business and work hard to send my orders before their expiry date, and forking out refunds to customers from my hard earning money is something my business cannot afford. Thanks

Proof of sending doesn't matter. You're not obligated to send it, you're obligated to deliver it.
Part of the issue is that Amazon likes to prompt customers whose orders don't show on tracking as having been delivered to ask for refunds, as the item is "running late or lost".
It's not fair and it's not right, but it's part of selling on here. I hate to phrase it this way, but you need to build the loss into your prices.
When you say your account is at risk due to not sending tracked, do you mean you're getting the VTR warning emails, or is this on your account health page?

We have had far more Item not received claims since switching to the fully intergrated Click and Drop. Customers know Amazon will automatically refund customers despite being able to prove delivery or not.
