Just cant seem to get paid - and I don't know why
this has been going on for months...I keep requesting money (we have around £4k in our account) - it keeps telling me it will be paid, then the payment deadline comes and goes and Im back to square one...
Ive had no emails informing me of issues. so I don't know what to do.
we have received payments in the past btw, this is something that happened about 6 months back till now.
Can anyone help/offer some advice
