I used to sell vape products on Amazon, and everything was OK. However, in the last week, Amazon's sales breakdown has been like this, and they have begun charging Vat on each sale.

We are Based in the United Kingdom ,but we are under VAT threshold am £90k

I'm receiving performance notifications indicating that our Amazon account is at risk due to UK VAT compliance issues, with Amazon requesting a valid UK tax ID.

We do not sell or offer any products in the UK.

I checked under "Settings" -> "Fulfilment by Amazon" -> "Cross-Border Fulfilment Settings" -> "Enable inventory storage," and noticed that the "United Kingdom" is still listed as an activated country. However, when I click the "Edit" button, it redirects me to a page about PAN EU without any option to disable the United Kingdom as a storage location. I recall that a few months ago, it was possible to deactivate it from this section.

My question is: How can I disable the United Kingdom as a storage location?

Hello all

I recently sent my inventory for FBA. I received the inventory receiving alert email. However, later I was told there is a discrepancy in inventory and no units were inbound. Upon investigation, I found out that the units were mislabeled. The label was for the same SKU but with a different FNSKU which does not match the expected FNSKU in the shipment. It has been a month and I am unable to retrieve my inventory. Every time, I explain the issue, have provided the box labels, and the wrong FNSKU but still I get a response shipment not found. Any ideas on how can I retrieve my lost inventory?
