Amazon Ads Sales nearly Double total Monthly Sales

Hope you're well,
For the pastt 20 or so days my Amazon Ads has been telling me my sales associated with Ads is about double what my actual total sales are.
I've opened 2 cases in regards to this (currently on the phone to the ads team) to which they are attempting to tell me its correct and its due to other people selling the same brand which its associated the sales to... however i own my brand and nobody else else it.
Anyone facing the same issue?
How are we meant to manage Ads campaigns with completely incorrect data?

Quick Update - My ad sales are now nearly triple my actual monthly sales
but as per usual support doesn't really exist,they cant seem to understand that our ad sales can't be more than our actual total sales
