EAN approved by Amazon but not working still
Hi sellers,
I’m in urgent need of any Amazon Seller Whizz on EANs.
Amazon said: “The UPC/EANs are affiliated with the Brand ‘BELLI’ , the UPC/EAN prefix 05065010XXX’ has been approved for you.”
However, when adding a product individually, I can submit the product and it automatically goes into Drafts. It won’t go live.
I have gone back and forth with Amazon who said they fixed the problem but it’s been 1 week now. We showed them proof of our GS1 certificate, Trademark, and a Legal letter of affiliation.
Our trademark: Belli
Trademark ownership: Six Riviera House - just this ownership is different but we proved ownership in a legal letter
Company Name: Osprey Ltd
Amazon account Name: Osprey Ltd
GS1 company name - Osprey Ltd
Should the GS1 account name be Belli? Would that work?
Any help would be awesome thank you!

Happened to us before where Amazon say it’s been approved but for one reason or another the person dealing with it hasn’t ‘flicked the switch’ so to say.
I would reopen the case and explain that the ean still isn’t working and take a ss of the error and clearly say to look at previous correspondence of the case which states you’ve now been approved. And then say please check again and ensure the ean prefix has been approved on your account for the brand ‘x’.

In drafts what reason does it give for the product not going live, normally there is an error message. Sometimes the error message is a bit cryptic but it is worth putting the error message on here.
