Account Deactivation
Hi All,
Our account has been deactivated again we’ve had this issue before and it took weeks to resolve. Has this issue happened to anyone else if so how’s the best way to get it resolved.
How long you have been in business?
What are your anticipated monthly sales on Amazon?
What is the address (URL or store address) of other stores where you sell these products?
Please provide tracking information for recently shipped orders.
Provide one of the following (as applicable): GSTIN, VAT ID, Tax ID, or Dun and Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) number. .

What was the reason for the deactivation, and was the previous deactivation for the same reason ?

Seems like a standard velocity review which should be resolved within 30 days provided you give them the info. You’d need to post more of their message to confirm that though.
