Please help delelet this feedback "Was given a credit with no explanation why it was not being delivered"
Due to the post office strike in Canada at that time, there was no logistics to deliver the customer's order, we have explained to the customer by sending today and refunded the customer on the same day. The customer is now saying that they received a refund but do not know the reason for the refund, I believe that the customer did not check their email and left such feedback. We sellers do what we should do, this is not our seller's problem, this feedback is very unfair to our sellers, please help us to delete it!

I see this is regarding an Order ID from our Canada region. If any support is still required on this, please do post in the relevant section of the forums by selecting the Canadian flag from the flag dropdown menu in the top-right of your forums view, so the team there can review.
As you create such a post, it can be helpful to include the case ID generated when you requested the removal of the feedback comment via the Feedback Manager.
