FBA to warehouse 2 shipments delivered to recieved in 1 day. One 17 days still not recieved. Happened before.
My last shipment FBA STA (01/16/2025 01:06)-SBD1, FBA18SFWB6QN, 2E5D6L6K went from delivered to receiving in one day. The same for shipment: FBA STA (01/08/2025 00:31)-SBD1, FBA18RKWQ2GK, 7KXQQHIG
Shipment: FBA STA (12/28/2024 15:08)-SBD1, FBA18Q4BX60Q, 8N69I8FT - delivered status for 17 days (now 18).
What do I get? A form email!
Due to a higher volume of shipments, you may experience longer than usual receive times.
SINCE THIS WAREHOUSE IS CURRENTLY RECEIVING SHIPMENTS IN 1 DAY THE ABOVE CAN NOT BE A CORRECT WHY THAT WOULD RESOLVE THIS SITUATION OF SOME SHIPMENTS BEING PROCESSED IN 1 DAY AND OTHERS JUST SITTING FOR 17 DAYS! THE CORRECT WHY NEEDS TO BE FOUND!
Upon careful review, the trailer with your shipment has arrived at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. If the shipment's inventory is not received by Feb 13, 2025, then your shipment will be eligible for investigation.
This tells me nothing. So the trailer was delivered. Has it been processed and my box was missing, or is the trailer just siting ignored in the yard etc.
THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR PROCEDURE AND YOU WANT VENDORS TO WAIT A MONTH BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT FOUND THE CORRECT WHY AND DO NOT WANT TO HANDLE TOO MANY INDIVIDUAL COMPLAINTS SO JUST WAIT A MONTH. THIS IS NOT OK.

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here! I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, has there been any updates to your shipment since posting?
Once your investigation date arrives, you will then be able to move forward with requesting an investigation. You can find more information on this process in this help page. I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
