They initially asked for action plan, which I’ve completed and now they’re asking for that I’ve complied with their policy? Not sure what this means, I’ve asked them to call me but they don’t respond and callback for an account specialist doesn’t even work, always says call back unavailable.

I’ve had a really quick look at your previous posts and it looks like you have had ODR issues.
What they’re saying here, assuming you haven’t missed anything relevant out, is that generally they are happy with what you sent but want something more about how you’ve followed their rules. Without knowing what you sent them it’s hard to offer much practical advice.
