Why is my listing has "Sell this product" when all other listings has apply to sell?

I am currently facing a significant issue with my Amazon listing and would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice you can provide.

My product listing has a "Sell this product" button, while other similar listings have an "Apply to sell" button. This discrepancy is encouraging other sellers to place their offers on my listing, which is causing several problems.

I am effectively promoting my brand website on Facebook ads and many people come to amazon to search the brand name.

They see my listing but they are seeing the low price offer on my listing by other seller who is featured and they are purchasing the cheap one.

Details:

Brand Name: My listing prominently features my brand name, which is currently under a pending trademark.

Product Photos: The images on my listing and the actual product delivered to customers have my brand name clearly displayed.

Unauthorized Sellers: Despite the above, other sellers are placing their offers on my listing. They should not be able to use my brand name.

Actions Taken:

I have utilized Brand Registry to remove unauthorized listings, which has been somewhat effective. However, I am unable to remove these sellers from my own listing. Their offers are getting featured and this is effecting my brand.

Questions:

Why does my listing have the "Sell this product" button instead of "Apply to sell" like other listings?

What steps can I take to ensure that only authorized sellers can list their offers on my product listing?

How can I better protect my brand and listing from unauthorized sellers?

Your insights and recommendations would be invaluable in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance and support!

One reason this may be happening is because you are looking at this from your very own account! Other sellers could have different views than what you're seeing.

To provide some further information on the above, when a product detail page is created, it becomes a permanent catalog page on Amazon that will remain even if the creator's inventory sells out. Additionally, when you add your copyrighted image to a product detail page, you grant Amazon and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to exercise all rights of publicity over the material.

Other sellers can list their items for sale against pages or copyrighted images that you have used. However, we do require sellers to list only against product detail pages that exactly match their items. If you believe sellers are listing against product detail pages that do not exactly match their items, I highly suggest you conduct a test buy from one of these sellers to prove there is a violation happening. If you receive this product and it is not the same, you would report this through Report a Violation in your Brand Registry Portal!
