Account deactivated Section 3
Hi guys,
Long story short. Amazon sent a request to verify our account via video interview and provide documents about 2 ASINS:
ASIN: B0CKVL9PGY, Brand: HARUHARU
ASIN: B0CMX6CH7L, Brand: HARUHARU
Products was bought from AsianBeautyWholesale (ABW) wich is authorised haruharu Wonder brand seller from Hong Kong. All required documents was provided to Amazon - invoice with all neceserry information, LLC documents, Statements with transaction for this pruducts and tracking information. After it account was blocked in accordance with Section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement.
Thank you for completing the verification on video interview. After reviewing the information from your video interview, we have decided that your seller account will remain deactivated as in accordance with Section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. Please continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds Withholding Policy
Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure as your account we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may be used for deceptive or fraudulent, or illegal activity.
Account Health Specialist told us that account was blocked because ABW can't be verified by Amazon. But they not told us why.
We appealed and also provided guarantee letter from ABW about relations with brand. In addition we requested confirmation from brand directly and they confirmed that ABW is authorised reseller and product is genuine. Appeal was unsuccesful and account still deactivated.
Any chance to reactivate it guys?

When Amazon cannot verify the supplier, and the investigation concludes that reactivation is not possible due to suspected deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, it means the investigation is complete. Only new documents will be reviewed from now on.
If you believe your account was deactivated in error, you can submit a new appeal. Please avoid sending previously rejected documents, as they will be denied.
