Buyer Contact Number
Hello Sellers,
We are selling Shoes and Bags on Amazon. we always try to grow our sale on Amazon and for that we always try to keep in touch with our customers for their issues. We have some issues that we need know more about from all of you guys.
Whenever we get the order we have a buyer contact number on Manage order page. We can see that number until we process the order. As soon as we process the order and marked it as shipped that buyer contact number disappear from the Manage order page.
We have some friends who also are selling on Amazon and we seen in their account that the buyer contact remain on the manage order page even after it’s shipped.
Please can you guys please suggest us why we are facing such issue and if we are making any mistake suggest us the steps to resolve it.
Our only intense to get this buyer contact number is to provide a better and fast customer service as email service sometime make the issue even worst and at last it gives us negative feedback or Claim.
We can understand the Amazon Policies on Customer Privacy policy. our intend is not to use customer contact number frequently. We would like to use only when things are getting worst.

I am sorry, however the Amazon policy clearly states that using buyer’s contact phone numbers for any other purpose than to provide it to the carrier, who will handle delivery is prohibited.

My contact phone numbers disappear after each order’s last day of the Expected Dispatch Date range as well.
