New account deactivated before listing
Hi,
i set up an account yesterday which within 20 minutes before even touching the account it was de activated and i was required to provide a utility bill. I am currently living between two addresses so put the address in which I am living at the most when i signed up. After it signed up it required a utility bill which i cant provide for that address due to it being an address in which my parents pay the bills.
I then provided documents that proved utility bills being paid by my father and my birth certificate proving relation. This route failed so i changed my address on the account to one which i do pay the bills at and then submitted the documents for this. The address then was declined and so was the utility bill. No one on the support page can help when requesting a phone call, i have had over 20 phone calls and it is going round in circles at this point. Can anyone help?

And which address for either or the above do hmrc have you registered / living at ? As that’s the one you need on amazon

That is quite normal - all new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info that you have provided - as you have discovered !
They need to check personal ID and also business info, bank accts etc.
