Account reactivate related to an account but i do not have any other account

We are writing to you with confidence to affirm that:
a) This suspension is made in error and declare this account ”Nice Collection” does not belong to us.
b) Rapid Seller Scot Ltd., has no relation with the subject selling account or its parent company or control over its people or operations.
c) We’re doing our best to maintain our business privacy, financial records and never share our business credentials or system access with anyone.
d) Our employees include two freelancers hired from Upwork. We have provided them access through separate sub-accounts. They are mainly assisting us in maintaining day-to-day records and performing ad-hoc assignments.
e) We have attached herewith company documents for your kind perusal that hopefully be self-explanatory to prove us right.
We request you to please look into this matter and once again we reaffirm that we will do our best to follow the policies and procedures laid out by Amazon.

From your post we understand that you are unable to prove that there is not any relation with any other account by providing the above documents. You will need to successfully appeal from the primary account in order to reactivate your account in UK.

Kindly consider the following information for appeal procedure.

In order to reactivate this Selling account, please follow the below steps:

  1. You may first reactivate any and all accounts that have been enforced for policy violation by submitting one appeal for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

  2. You can also appeal enforcement by signing into your primary Seller Central account and accessing your Performance Notifications for each region in which you operate an account. Submit an appeal for all accounts, except the account that is deactivated for a related account, by clicking the appeal button in the notification received for each account.

  3. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, by using this link. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

What if I don’t own the separate account(s)?

If you believe you do not own the separate account(s), please follow the below step:

If you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error, please submit an appeal following this and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.

There are various chances of an account being linked to another account (s). There are possibilities of any relations within accounts if similar types of information are used and if they match.

For an example if email, phone number, credit card, IP address or Goods and Services Tax (GST) details are same for any other account in amazon/which is also used for your account, it may lead to account considered as related.

At any stage, if you have logged in from any other account owners system, it also will lead to account deactivation for relations.

If any account is deactivated for the relations- the seller should identify the Parent Account or related account and should have cleared the issues in this account first.

I request that you check which details you used previously in another account and are being used here; if you find any, please resolve the issue in that account to have this account reinstated.
