Stock level not showing on listing
Hi,
I’ve started listening our products onto Amazon, and are merchant fulfilled. I’ve got the listings through, and they are classed as active, but it is not showing as any stock available. I’ve looked over everything and can’t see an obvious button that I’ve missed along the way but it’s taken a lot of false starts to get to this point!
On our account, the only part which is needed to be validated is for the directors to confirm that I have authorisation to take the monies out. The letter was supplied in accordance to their template, and was rejected so we are trying again. Is this the reason why my listings are showing as out of stock?

I’ve also just reread your first post again, what do you mean you have been given permission from the directors for you to take money out ?
if you are registered on amazon as a Ltd company, the bank account registered on amazon must be the same Ltd company bank account
why do you need to take the money ?

Yes, I am “just” an employee but I have stated during set up that I have permissions from the directors to set this up and to act on their behalf. They have had to go through validation, user identification process etc But the template letter they said they wanted failed, so I am just waiting from them to get back from a cruise to thrust another piece of paper at them to resign! This is the only part of our account which is ‘red’.
I’ve checked and I definitely have permission to sell in the grocery tab - I will keep having a hunt.
Hopefully someone else who has set up an account this way to give some insight!
