My FBA listing has 3 days delivery time while other FBA sellers can offer 1 day delivery.
This is having a huge impact on our sales.

Small and light are usually 3 days as they are predominantly sent standard Royal Mail 48
Although sometimes they are next day

The more stock you send to FBA centre the quicker your delivery times will be.

It can be for a variety of reasons. ASINs enrolled in Small & Light can have a longer delivery time, Amazon may be moving stock around their network (or doing something else with it) which can cause a temporary elongation and finally it can be because the items are too far away from the postcode you’re logged in with.

I did check the fees, gone up to £1.56 from 80p and really we have low price product which makes our net to a dwindling sum but I just dont we will get any sales with offering Prime and 1 day. Might consider FBM…

Switching to regular FBA seems like a rash decision. If the 3 day delivery was a significant issue then no one would use S&L.

I kind of agree with you, but I was really frustrated with spending more than a £1000 on PPC and not generating any orders. I got so many click throughs through PPC that I was drowning in Amazon Charges 
but not many converted to sales. my naive analysis is that the reason PPC was failing to convert into sales was the delivery timescales (shown as 3 days)

To be honest you’d be better off improving your listing. Your main image is quite a low resolution and the copy could do with an overhaul as it doesn’t read too well. It also looks like some of the images are showing a different colour than you are selling.
You also need to be careful offering 100% refunds for any reason.

Absolutely right, I take your points on board and I have now taken charge of my listing from my assistant, who is no longer looking after the listing. I will be paying a lot more attention to the wordage etc. Things like Widely Application 
all this will be corrected. Pictures are awful.

For many buyers the PRICE is more important than speed of delivery (up to a point).
Item ordered Monday for delivery Tuesday £5.00
Item ordered Monday for delivery Thursday £3.00
I know which one I would choose unless I actually NEEDED the item ASAP
