Hey!
We are the owner and the manufacturer of the product (ASIN: B09Z7ZPNSK), selling it for almost three years. Today, when we would like to make changes to our product listing, we are unable to edit it. The system displays a message stating that we need approval to list this ASIN (even though our product was approved three years ago when we started selling it on Amazon). However, when we request approval, we receive the following response: "We are not accepting applications to sell: Other category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s).
We contacted seller support as well to escalate this critical issue, but received no help. Could somebody advise us on the necessary steps to take in order to regain the ability to edit our product listing? Case ID17924956331

You're seeing the “approval required” error likely due to a category restriction update or a listing error. Since you're the brand owner and have been selling this ASIN for 3 years, you should:
Escalate through Brand Registry support (if registered) — they resolve listing control issues faster.
Mention you are the manufacturer and already approved, and reference Case ID 17924956331.
Ask them to route the case to the Catalog or Listing team to restore your editing rights.

Contact brand registry and ask to get approved for grocery category. They will approve you if you are a brand owner.
