Displaying product price
My product are hand-made and hand-painted stepping stones for gardens. The listing doesn’t show the price of my products to which Amazon tells me the listing price cannot be verified with other similar products. This is infuriating since I don’t see how hand-made and hand-painted products can be compared like-for-like. The other issue I have is that using the “Other Payment Options” tab does show the price, but then with Postage charges. I already opted to arrange and pay for postage myself (effectively therefore offering Freepost) and as a Standard Postage rate has to be clicked, listed it as £0.00, but it still shows as £5+. I’m really thinking of giving up on Amazon because it is taking so long to resolve simple issues.

does it show the ‘see all buying options’ button instead ?
it can show this for many reasons including the first 90 days for new sellers as well as them deeming your price too high or even defects on your account
as a handmade seller you should be on the professional plan therefore should be able to set the postage costs - check settings - account info - your service - does it show your ‘sell on amazon’ as professional ?
