Why is there a discrepancies in every shipment sent to Amazon?
Every time the shipment arrive at the Amazon Center after warehousing is not smooth. I’m quite sure I didn’t send the wrong number of pieces. Amazon also said that their reception didn’t go wrong. Do you often have problems with your shipment?

Yes! So it is not just me.
I ship case packed items to them all the time and half the deliveries has some discrepancy which is impossible.
For example I will ship 20 case packed items with 10 per box. Sealed from the manufacturer and instead of receiving 200 they will receive 198.
Or same thing and they will receive 100 and book the other 100 in as unexpected item with the exact same description as the 100 they received.
As all things Amazon it is poorly run and we have to pay the price.

I had an issue a few weeks back where they said items were missing from the carton and I know for a fact that they were not.
I argued the case explaining that I had put the labels on, put the items in the box and sealed the box… it’s my business and I am the only one working in it!
After about nine emails I eventually had a reimbursement for the missing items.
So in my case it paid off to badger them and explain that their system had broken or someone is stealing my stock.
Oh, I did mention in one of the emails that their response can only mean that they have stolen my stock and that I would be taking the case to the appropriate authorities… but I don’t think that made them change their mind.
Check every shipment you send because it happens on a very regular basis!
