New Account Setup

Hello,

I just opened up my account. I have two problems.

First I applied for VAT number. Is it possible to sell products before I got one? I will use FBA method and send products to UK from a non-eu country.

Second there is an alert on my page saying:

Additional information is required for the verification of your Selling on Amazon payment account. Your selling privileges may be temporarily suspended if you do not provide the required information.

When I click provide required information there is nothing to change or submit for verification. It says

Additional information is required to complete your account registration

Please provide the information requested and also check for any emails sent by us on what is needed to complete the registration process.
