Monthly charges

Hi, I signed up to sell on Amazon during a promotional period in December where they offered to refund £30 monthly fee and give me 2 more months for free. But I noticed they’ve already charged my account twice. What shall I do? How can I contact them to resolve the issue?

Was there any small print about your free months being in later months ie months 6 and 7 ?
A lot of offers have those types of clause

I wonder if its only once you are verified and start selling? as you could be month or two being varified
