This minimum pricing is causing havoc with the inventory, every time I change a price it comes up with the message 'The minimum price is higher than the selling price excluding postage' The minimum price is CLEARLY less than the selling price, but the system then deactivates the listing and no matter what you do you cannot reactivate the listing.
The only solution is to delete the listing and relist it and that works, if you increase a price by any amount, it then suppresses the listing with the reason 'suspected low price' the price is higher than it was?
What have they done, is this all being done by AI and it has got it all the wrong way round?
Seller support could not answer it, they told me to go to automated pricing and change the rule, I do not use automated pricing as it is a disaster and a route to bankruptcy, so how do I remove the minimum pricing?
