Anyone able to sell Hugo Boss?

Hi everyone,
Just a general question regarding Hugo Boss. I recently placed an order from a wholesaler for 12 units which is above the minimum required for ungating, however I got declined. I’m quite a new seller but have been on here for nearly a year with consistent sales. Wondering if they were just brand protecting a little or are other people having no issues selling Boss? Thanks for any help.

Is your wholesaler an authorised distributer and did you have a LoA allowing you to sell on Amazon?

Without either (or possibly both) I doubt a new seller will get ungated for such a highly counterfeited brand without a long sales history building trust.
