New One - Amazon Paused My Listings?
I have received a notification in my Inventory that 3 of my listings have been paused with the following message.
“Your offer is paused for potential quality issues. Click Edit to confirm your listing details, and then click Save and Finish to reactivate your product”
So I click on the listing, gone through it all to check all fields have been entered correctly and no quality issues highlighted?
One thing though that is slightly worrying is Amazon are also selling the exact same products so Im wondering if they have pasued my listings so they can get the sales. The listings are live and active but only as Amazon as the seller.
I have raised a case with SS but dont hold hope of getting a good response.
Has anyone else come across this before?
