There must be a facebook group of "sucker sellers" and i must be on it

Issue 1:
Buyer claimed he did not receive the goods 2 month ago…i refunded him as there was no proof here received it. Now he made another order and again he claims he did not receive it though now i shipped with a different tracked service and it is marked as delivered but no signature…what to do?

Issue 2:
Order marked delivered 3 month ago…again no signature. Now after 3 month buyer claims it was not delivered and he wants a refund…what to do?

Issue 3:
Buyer supplied wrong address the itrm eas delivered to that address then leaves a negative feedback as not dlivered and not communiceting…what to do?

I ship orders for 7 years now, parcels dont get lost. The ammount of ppl claiming they did not recieve their parcel is much higher here then all other platforms ppl are exploiting amazon generous “customer us always right” policy

It’s an ongoing issue with selling on Amazon. Have you considered shipping with a signature service?

Ive come to the conclusion that the best thing you can do is to refund them and subit a claim with royal mail.

I had someone order 2 items, in seperate orders and said both didnt arrive. Stuff like that can be very annoying, but its just party of the game.

Contact action fraud. I’ve done this with one particular Amazon customer who tried it on. The buyer was investigated and I haven’t heard from him since. Action fraud phoned me on the matter this week asking if I’d had anymore issues with the buyer but since giving my report I’ve had no more contact.

This where amazon shipping is the best option going frward . Since we started it less issues and once that are covered by amazon.

A lady claimed she never got her order and her emails were not clear a week she had been messaging. Saying it didnt come. Tracking showed it was delivered last monday. Then all of a sudden she claimed she got a parcel and i sent the wrong items. But the stuff she mentioned we do not sell she opened a claim. Within a second of reply to it amazon closed it automaticaĺly funding out of their pockets.

Ive come to the conclusion amazon will not do anything to minimise scam purchased. Like ebay do cover you if its scanned and reaches the nearest delivery office.

So we as seller will have to post via amazon to cover us. They can afford the refunds from the prime fees they charge. Amazon now offer posting for websites and ebay. Soon europe services will be added .

I would never just roll over and refund a buyer claiming for not received without trying to fight it.
All that does is give the buyer the good news that they can do it again and again,As the OP found out,
I always open an investigation with Royal Mail and if i find any contradicting evidence about the delivery i let the buyer know what the score is ,
Ive had one blatent scammer who i found out because they did exactly the same routine on my Ebay account and here so i sent them a letter in the post signed for asking they confirm they did not recieve either item and the signature was not theirs otherwise i would be taking legal action ,Best about it was the signature for my letter was exactly the same as the one for the parcel i sent and it did the trick.
Turned out they then said it was done by someone renting at their property (sure)
Anyway i got both lots of payment in a cheque ,
I also flagged up the address with Royal Mail in case they try with other sellers.
