Seller Fulfilled Prime Suspended
I was recently added to the Seller Fulfilled Prime program but have now been suspended as my metrics have fallen below the required amount allowed even though all shipments were shipped and delivered well before time. I am trying to understand why this is. I have a direct account with Royal Mail who collect my parcels on a daily basis and have been using my Royal Mail account and not via Amazon buy shipping. Do I have to buy all my shipping for Royal Mail via Amazon or can I use the rates I have agreed with Royal Mail?

As per the programme terms yes - you do need to use Buy Shipping to buy your shipping labels for SFP orders.
However, you can link your Royal Mail business account to buy shipping to get your contracted rates I believe.

You should be able to integrate your RM account here. It's been years since I did ours but I think it can take up to 48 hours to go through and become active.
You can then purchase delivery labels through buy shipping and get your contracted RM rate instead of Amazon's standard RM rates.

Are you adding tracking numbers into Amazon? SFP requires tracked shipping and for Amazon to have visibility of the tracking. Also have you linked Amazon to your click and drop account and set "Mark orders as despatched on channel". This lets click and drop automatically pass the tracking directly through to Amazon. I remember when I first set it up I missed this step and had Amazon call me about tracking. I then fixed it and my delivery metrics were perfect. Also you can upload your tracking numbers retrospectively to improve your score.
