Account Deactivated Due To Multiple Accounts
My account got deactivated because of multiple accounts. I'm a new seller on Amazon. I created my first account in February under the store name GN7STORE, but it only lasted 3 days. One morning, when I tried to log in, I got a message saying my email wasn't linked to any accounts. I tried for almost a month to recover that account, but Amazon never responded. I kept getting the message "YOUR EMAIL IS NOT LINKED TO ANY AMAZON ACCOUNT". Thinking the account was deleted, I made another one using the same email. When I created the new account, I created a case and explained the situation and why I created another account with Amazon. Now, I can't access GN7STORE because my email is not linked to it; I only had access to the account for 3 days before Amazon unlinked my email from it. I emailed selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com, but got no response. I'd appreciate some help resolving this issue. I feel like I'm being penalized for an error on Amazon's part. PLEASE CAN I GET SOMEONE TO FIX THIS ISSUE. I've contacted Amazon sellers many times, but all I get are general answers. I didn't intend to create multiple accounts; I don't require two accounts. I would appreciate it if GN7STORE could be deleted and the issue resolved. Thanks

From what you have shared, I see that you have created this account after you lost access to your original account and now this account is deactivated for the multiple accounts policy and you have questions about how to address this.
It sounds like your original account has been deactivated. Did you have any issues in the original account? Warnings or policy violations? Do you have any emails about the deactivation of your original account?
I understand that you do not have access to that account. Have you received any follow-up from selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com as of yet? If so, can you share what the guidance was?
In order to reactivate this account, you will need to reinstate the original account since you are the owner. Since you are having login issues, have you attempted to contact customer service to see if they can assist? That number is 1 (888) 280-4331.
