Account Deactivated

Am Back and Fully Living in the Uk. I have UTR number and fully verfied with Everything as Sole trader, .

Upon investigation I found that your account was deactivated with the below reason:
You have been found to be related to an account beginning with Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed.

Appeal for reinstatement need to be made through Account Health dashboard, kindly provide the below:
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. I only have one account and would never dare to have another one, is it beacuse my acconut has a store name diffrent to my business name which is my actual name, I keep getting generic responses, Account healthy and all my other market places are out. If I did login Yesterday my mistake on my phone witha vpn which i did not know, what documents can i provide ?
