Order cancelled and item no longer in inventory

Good evening everyone, using FBA it happens quite often that orders are cancelled and items vanish from inventory: how can i make amazon research them? sometimes they just pop up randomly again in the inventory, other times i have to contact the support at nausea to make a research start and the item is always lost (and refunded luckily)
Any suggestions? :slight_smile:

I’ve never had this! Weird. I suppose the only option is to speak to SS and ask them to look into it

Amazon are supposed to reimburse / replace after 30? days of an item going missing automatically. Generally I’d say most of my stock that was lost was found again in a short amount of time.
