As a beginner Amazon seller, I am facing significant challenges and require urgent assistance that I have been unable to receive thus far. It feels like I'm chasing my own tail with the issues I am encountering.
I am currently using an individual seller account, but I have been mistakenly charged for a professional fee. Moreover, I am consistently being charged multiple times for different countries, depleting my savings. Despite following the instructions to "view charge method" repeatedly, I am stuck in a loop of charges that I cannot seem to resolve. Every attempt to rectify the situation by adding a card as advised by the urgent help desk results in additional charges, exacerbating the problem.
I recently received an email from Amazon stating that my Seller Account for the US is inactive due to missing banking information. I have made numerous attempts to rectify this issue but it’s not working - only have access to European countries.
I urgently require your assistance to resolve these billing discrepancies, activate my Seller Account for the US, and ensure that my account is in proper standing for all countries. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as these financial challenges are impacting my ability to operate as an Amazon seller effectively.
