I can see that I can list the product so it doesn’t appear to be gated.
Provided your product is branded as PECHAM, matches the product on the listing page exactly, has the same barcode and you brought it from an approved supply chain you should be okay.

the fact that you could list the product that means its not gated category. it means i don’t need approval for the product to be able to list it on amazon, i just need to register my brand thats it correct?

Been there. Done that. My advice with water flossers is DONT!!!
It was okay a few years ago when the Chinese weren’t selling directly but now, with so much competition, the volumes are not there and there isn’t the margin that there once was.
(As an aside, it just needs one bad review to kill your sales in such a competitive market, and people can be brutal. And now Amazon have taken away our ability to respond to unfair comments.)

I think I would rather just ram a hose up my trouser leg than try to sell that product on Amazon. Hope you have very deep pockets. But best of luck anyway.
