AMAZON LOST ALL MY ITEMS
I’ve sent 3 shipments to Amazon Germany (EU), and ALL of them are closed now. I get that Amazon might say I sent more or fewer units of some items—but even the ones they counted correctly are NOT showing as available!
Not a single unit is available for sale. I have lost everything.
Amazon keeps asking me for proof of ownership, but this makes no sense when they already received and counted my stock. Where is my inventory?!
Has anyone else been through this? What should I do?

Hi @Seller_YGeGgJ9P8tykP,
if Amazon asked for proof, does it mean you already filled a shipment to Amazon claim?
Let me know if you have a Case ID available, then I could check your case.
Best,

What time period are we talking about?
Are the goods ‘reserved’? If so, they may be transferred from distribution centres to different warehouses. Or the goods are checked because they are new goods or a dangerous goods check is carried out.

thats the risk and caution of FBA
FBA is very dangerous and much costs.. dont recommended. ortherwise, i wish you much luck, you have to wait a lot and need much patience.

Hi, we sent a ot of stock last year and usually there are some lost items.
You must do this steps:
1. Send the Proof of ownership (Invoice, translated at one of the official language in Amazon)
2. Proof of Delivery
then they investigate and apply reimbursement if they cannot find the units, if they find some items later, they will send you Credit Note.
You must do this if you DO NOT USE amazon partnerer carrier.
Usually after we sent this information they make investigation in 5-10 busines days.
