Brand name changed to my listing that I created!

Hey guys, I have a question if anyone has been through this before!

So last year I created this listing and I did put a name as brand which has been approved by the catalog team!!
After selling this product since, we have runned out of stock. Few days ago when I checked the listing in my selles app was out of stock but when you click on it to see it on amazon it comes up same listing only that the brand name haa been changed!!! So how can someone change the brand name I had and put a dif brand name to my ASIN?!
