Customer not having it
Hi im new seller , recently i just had an issue with customer, where i sold her at item, now she came back to me and said she was expecting 3 of those product instead of 1, whereas it clearly shows on listing its only 1 item, the price was right and others sellers are selling those item to and now theres a shortage of that particular product, in short she reached amazon customer service been told to sort the problem out, i have offered her some money back from my own profit, second option i told her return me my product i will deduct my postage cost and return remaining amout to her, shes having none of it, what are my options and what will amazon do if its not sorted , help plzzzz

Have you double checked if she actually ordered 3 units ?
You can’t withhold the outgoing postage
The customer can open an a-z and if you loose , and you only have a handful of orders, it will put your account at risk

On Amazon you will need to follow their T&C you cant make these up. When selling online you need to add x% to cover returns, same as how in a shop you need to add x% to cover theft

I would suggest, that since the customer has paid 3 x the going rate for the product, she is not happy that you have sent her the 1 unit, especially if the price has gone back down to the regular price after her order has arrived.
These are the perils of trying to rip people off via retail arbitrage.

The product I viewed clearly shows it is one pack for £7.00. I would ask Amazon to assist as they have paid Amazon for the product. If Amazon agrees with the customer they will provide the refund.

ask the customer to go too their orders and they will see they only ordered 1 item, might be a good idea to go over the product description and see how she could think the sale was for 3 items
