I'm missing seller fees documents and FBA fees for March, advertising for the last 3 months...

That is not unusual - I often find fee/advertising invoices for a month never appear until about the 10th of following month. So March invoices wont appear until about 10th April

The advertising invoices have been moved to the campaign manager portal. From the menu on the left go to Administration>Billing then scroll down and you should see an invoice section, you'll likely need to click on Paid to see any invoices, which are now issued every week.
The others fee invoices just haven't been issued for March yet
