Removing other sellers from our ASIN
How do we remove other sellers who aren’t selling the same product, but attaching themselves to our ASIN?
We sell a number of products which we and only one other seller within the UK supply, but we continually have other sellers attaching themselves to our listings. So when a buyer receives the item purchased from another seller it isn’t what they expect. This then leads to some buyers leaving incorrect reviews on products as they have bought it from a seller who isn’t supplying the item advertised.

First off. its not your ASIN - its Amazons (the hint is in the acronym (Amazon Standard Identification Number)
Does your listing have a brand name on it?
Does your listing have YOUR brand name on it?
Are you brand registered?
Did you purchase your barcode from GS1

If this was the case, then the seller would be penalised by Amazon and would return the item back to the seller, thus making it costly for them to sell and end up removing themselves from the listing.
For protection and control over who goes onto a listing can only be done by a registered brand owner as @Dedez has pointed out

Hi @TPS_The_Perfect_Sign,
Thank you all for your valuable comments!
@ TPS_The_Perfect_Sign, could you please describe what you mean by “product isn´t what they expect”?
Is it a different / low quality / counterfeit product?
Kind regards,
Julia.
