Read onlyMy account has been deactivated. I was simply trying to change the name of my LTD company.
I supplied all info on the emails from them and where it says I have to submit new information. I have done this now about 20 times.
I have perfect account health.
Each time I try and create a case I just get a automated email back saying to go and submit new information and then its marked as answered so I dont get anywhere with that.
I am going round and round in circles and there seems to be no way to actually talk to these people.
Does anyone know any way whatsoever I can actually speak to someone at Amazon and find out what the problem is?

Amazon will have to verify all the information again, sadly that will take time.
Opening case after case won't speed up the process, probably the opposite.
Have you just renamed your ltd or created a new company?
When we have issues with the annual KYC processes (been having all the time), the only way we found to be able to somewhat communicate with the account verification department is through either of these two email addresses:
seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk
seller-verification-review@amazon.co.uk
Make sure you send your email from the email address that is linked to your seller central account.
To talk to anyone at Amazon concerning KYC processes is literally impossible, unfortunately.
