After an INR message a customer subsequently replied to my response which included pdf of RM 2d tracking confirming delivery. This book was delivered almost 3 weeks ago. :grinning:

Oh my goodness!
My husband opened it & put it in quarantine!!

I’d be surprised if we don’t get more of those.

I put all my mail in quarantine before opening it (though not for three weeks!).
