SFP Courier Problem

I am wanting to go SFP but RM 24 tracked doesn’t have a high enough delivery percentage on time to maintain Prime and it doesn’t always deliver on a Saturday. Special delivery is too expensive as some of my product options are only &pound;12. What other options are there?
