WRO5 lost from inbound nightmare
Starting from September, we had almost every inbound shipping with huge differences between sent and received inventory. ca 20 shipments to WRO5 warehouse in Poland (to sum up 20000 EUR worth inventory in cost prices lost). The SS comes with generic copypaste replies and since “Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed” - not eligible for any further investigation despite the invoices and signed and stamped courier POD sent (not partnered carrier, unable to use one, unfortunately).
90% of the lost units show the correct amount received in Transaction Type “receipts” in Inventory Event Details report. Am I getting this report correctly? Items were received, then transferred then lost (for this particular SKU no reimbursement was granted).

Has anybody had similar issues recently?
Any possible FBA management contact ideas, so that we can bring it to a higher level? Seller Support is not a great option to do this. - it really looks like something bad has started in a particular Amazon warehouse 4 months ago. We would be happy to bring it to the FBA management attention.

Are you sending inventory stickerless (with brand registry) or with FNSKU?

I have had a few this year - units going missing and Amazon declaring case closed. After several months I have had one set added to inventory this month. I am still waiting for them to find another set from October. Thankfully all the units have FNSKU.
A lot of money involved so you need to push hard - as they seem to find and count then disappear.
